I have a question: How can we expect the countries with nuclear weapons to follow through with their promises to disarm when the UN has no actual political power to enforce these treaties?

I've got two Questions. (David) You mentioned on your 25 minute of the launch and landing of the nuclear weapon that there is a false report. How does one tell the difference between a false report and a real one? the other question: you mention three slides back that more states have more nuclear (5 to 9) weapons and that its more complex. Does the complexity involve the guidance system, logistics to move the nuclear weapons across these states, the proper infrastructure to store them or...?
